Accepted insurance
We are finalizing our participation with insurance plans. Plans will be listed here once active participation is confirmed. Until then, please contact us and we’ll let you know about your options.
Coverage for mental health services varies by plan. Being in-network does not guarantee that every service is covered.
Self-pay options
Self-pay appointments are available for patients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plan we do not yet accept. Rates are shared before you book.

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
Verifying your coverage
- Have your insurance card ready when you book.
- Enter your plan details securely in your intake forms.
- We verify your benefits and contact you about any expected cost before your visit.
Payment expectations
- A payment method is kept on file securely through our patient portal.
- Copays, coinsurance or self-pay fees are due at the time of service.
- Statements for remaining balances are sent after your insurer processes the claim.

Billing questions

Cancellation & no-show policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through your confirmation email or patient portal. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a $100 fee, subject to applicable law, payer requirements and the exceptions disclosed in our full policy.
